WELCOME TO SOUNDBIO LAB!

 

Seattle’s biology makerspace, located in the heart of the University District.

We are a community of amateur and professional science enthusiasts dedicated to promoting science education, providing access to biotechnology, and fostering self-learning in order to inspire the next generation of scientists.

Our BSL-1 co-working laboratory space and shared resources are ideal for entrepreneurs, science enthusiasts, citizen science projects, and students. We offer lab space and community project opportunities open to all experience levels, affordable hands-on courses and workshops, youth and public engagement programs, and scholarship and waivers to expand access to science for all.
